Who we are:
Placing an
order:
- Please note,
since we are a wholesale website - all our items have Minimum Allowed
Quantity (MAQ) to purchase.
- In order to be
able to process your order smooth and without any TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES,
please create your account on our web-site BEFORE processing with Google Checkout.
- If you try to
put an item into shopping cart and you get the following note - "Your
quantity exceeds stock on hand. The maximum quantity that can be added is
0", it means the item is SOLD OUT.
- If you try to
put the item into your shopping cart and pop-up window tells you that
available quantity is below MAQ (something like "Your quantity
exceeds stock on hand. The maximum quantity that can be added is 7 (or any
other number)") – it means that we have only limited amount left. In
such cases please email us and we will reduce the MAQ so you can
purchase it.
- All non-paid
orders that have been invoiced will get deleted in 48 hours after creation
an invoice and items placed back on site if payment is still not received.
Acceptable
types of payment:
- Our first choice
is Google Checkout - "Google Checkout" button in your shopping
cart. Payments take approx. 20-30 minutes to clear
- Google Checkout
is completely controlled by Google and we have no access to your
information on google checkout (i.e. credit card numbers). It works
pretty much like Paypal - you create an account at Google Checkout and
can use it for payments anywhere where you see "Google
Checkout" logo. Once you send the payment, buyers gets an email
stating that money has arrived.
- Next option -
any major credit card - VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover. To pay with credit card - click on
"Checkout Now” button in your shopping cart. Please note payments
take approx. 24-48 hours to clear.
- Paypal accepted
as well. Please keep in mind if you are paying with Paypal – an additional 3%
will be added to your total. Please also note that invoicing and paying
with Paypal usually takes longer and you won't be able to complete your
purchase yourself - you will have to wait for the invoice from us. If timing
is an issue for you - please try to use Google Checkout instead. Also,
past order history is not available if paying with Paypal, since order will go off the website.
- We are accepting
bank to bank money wire transfers. If you are willing to use this type of
payment please email us for additional info.
- US Money orders
and Bidpay - please contact us for additional info.
- If payment is
being mailed – please consider sending following information along with
your payment: brief note with your order number, your name and correct
shipping address. Nonexistence of such identifications may cause delay in
shipping.
- Western Union
Money Transfer (minimum amount of $300 is required) please email us for
additional info.
- We do not accept
personal checks.
Domestic (USA) Shipping:
- Our shipment
days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. In general we will ship your order
next business day after payment is received. But it's not a guarantee -
sometimes it might take upto 1 week to ship, depending on different
circumstances.
- We will ship your order ONLY via USPS Priority Mail / UPS.
- USPS Shipments - For all purchases we recommend you to buy insurance. To find out the exact insurance cost for your package - please contact us. We will not be responsible for any loss/damage during transportation if insurance is not purchased.
- UPS Shipments - Insurance is automatically included in shipping fee.
- Please note our
system is set to calculate shipping fees upto 35lbs per package. If your
package is over 35 lbs - system will either give a message - "Your
order exceeds maximum shipping weight, please divide it into 2-3 parts in
order to checkout" or will show "$0.00" as a shipping cost.
You have two options in such cases - break down your order into 2 or 3
separate orders and checkout or checkout with "$0.00" shipping
fee and we will invoice you the shipping fee separately, once we collect
your package. There is absolutely no FREE SHIPPING on our website.
- You will get an
email with tracking info in the same day when your order processed, so you
can easily track your items online.

International
shipping:
- Yes, we do ship
internationally.
- We will ship
your order via USPS Express Mail International ONLY/ delivery time
3-5 business days.
- For all
purchases we strongly recommend you to buy insurance. To find out the
exact insurance cost for your package - please contact us after placing
your order. We will send you a quote. We will not be responsible for any
loss/damage during transportation if insurance is not purchased. Please
also note, in order to claim an insurance reimbursement in case of lost
package, the value of the package contents should match the value shown on
all customs forms, labels and receipts.
- You will get an
email with tracking info in the same day when your order processed, so you
can easily track your items at www.usps.com
- PLEASE NOTE: Our
shipping fees do not include charges imposed by your country's Customs
Agency. The recipient is fully accountable for any extra fees imposed by
customs such as tariffs and duties. If you have any questions regarding
tariffs and duties please call the Customs Agency for your respective
country.
International
Shipment Insurance:
- For all
purchases we strongly recommend you to buy insurance. Here's a table of insurance rates - http://www.usps.com/prices/international-insurance-prices.htm. Please note, that due to regulation we cannot send flammable items, i.e. fragrances, so if your package contains flammable - they can't be insured.
- And due to
several packages lost in the mail we regret to inform that we will not be
responsible for any loss/damage during transportation if insurance is not
purchased.
- Please also
note, in order to claim an insurance reimbursement in case of lost
package, the value of the package contents should match the value shown on
all customs forms, labels and receipts. In case if package is lost or
damaged, we will start the claim procedure for you and will keep you

- Once USPS will
reimburse the value of the package - we will process another shipment with
original items or apply the amount as credit towards your next purchase
(if the item is out of stock)

Return
Policy:
- We do not allow
any returns unless it is our fault. We do guarantee you get the item as
advertised.
- We do not accept
returns/issue refunds due to transportation issues if insurance was not
purchased. It's a carriers fault, not ours.
- Any errors will
be gladly and rapidly corrected. Prior to returning an item please contact
us.
- You required
sending the item within 7 days of the receiving date.
- If you don't
contact us we will not be able to help you refund or replace the item. Any
shipping costs for returns will not be reimbursed.
- For return info
please email us and we will send you instructions for return shipping.
- All returns must
have Return Authorization Number (RAN). You will get such number by
contacting us. RAN must be included into the package along with a
returning product. Returns without RAN will not be processed and no refund
will be issued.
- No SHIPPING COSTS are not credited and/or refunded.
- Rights Reserved: Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse full refund for excessive returns by a customer
